WAYE is launching the first of its kind youth campus that heralds a new approach to developing the next generation of young world leaders, leaders with a spirit of service who will lead in all spheres of life, transforming the individual, community, nation and the planet at large.

The most powerful asset of any society is its youth and nearly 40% of India is in the age group of 18 to 35 years. Young people today feel burdened with the challenges they face at the personal and professional front. Thus building the capacity of the youth has emerged as a pressing need in today's global society.

The campus will provide the youth with a platform whereby they can explore, express and evolve themselves.

Objectives:

• To be a world-class, one-of-its kind centre for youth empowerment where spirituality and healthy ways of enjoyment will come together to educate and harness life skills in today's young adults through practice of yoga and meditation.
• To foster universal human values and ethics amongst youth.
• To be a place where thousands of youth from not only India but from all across the world, from diverse cultural backgrounds will come together for sharing, learning and connecting.
• To provide the youth a centre for holistic development through physical, emotional, spiritual, social and economical empowerment.
• To train the youth in the field of social entrepreneurship so that they become agents of social change.
• To provide the youth force, which represents 65% of our nation, an opportunity to voice their opinions, through global conferences, debates and seminars.
• To provide leadership training and skill development programs, sporting facilities and opportunities for creative expression through music, art, dance and drama.

The Youth Campus as a place of welfare for the society:

• The youth campus will be a breeding place for 'socially responsible youth' to reach out and to make a difference in the society.
• Envisaged as a centre for youth empowerment there will be the following focus areas - education, health, sports, art and culture, ayurveda, awareness and advocacy for social issues.
• The youth campus will be a platform for youth of various backgrounds and cultures to celebrate life by empowering themselves and serving society.
