A new level of skill and confidence has been imparted to thousands of youth around the globe. Through practical leadership training methods designed diligently by WAYE, featured under a series of activities, today's youth are all geared up to participate in and resolve challenges in the social plane.

Designed to accelerate their physical, emotional, spiritual, economic and intellectual growth is the flagship program of WAYE, the Youth Empowerment & Skills (YES!+) workshop. YES!+ is a multi-dimensional life skills program proffered to the age group of 18-30years. Once empowered, not only their sensitivity towards their community and society increases, they also get motivated to contribute towards the process of nation building.

YES!+ Advanced and YES!+ DSN are two powerful, advanced level programs conducted by WAYE that equips one with advanced and progressive tools and techniques to deal effectively with the challenges of everyday life and at the same help to manifest a society that is stress free, violence free, crime free and disease free.

WAYE also conducts the highly energetic 'Summer Magic' and the 'Winter Break' programs which attracts thousands of youth from world over. Starting with a fun boding activity called the Upgrade II, followed by a series of passionate and inspiring talks by eminent people, concluded by the 5 day YES!+ Advanced course the 'Summer Magic' and the 'Winter Break' is a time when young people from all over the world look forward to come, participate and relax.

Working with the youth, WAYE is completely aware that its investments are irrevocably attached to the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals. It has pursued a youth empowerment strategy that can be implemented feasibly to sustain results, and to achieve impact on a wider spectrum.

With projects ranging from cleaning up streets, river and ponds, to sensitizing medical practitioners against female feticide, to planting trees to combat global warming, WAYE, has garnered many enrichment models and programs featuring youth as the catalysts for community-driven development and socio-economic change.
